Open the connected HTTPS site in your browser. In Chrome or Edge, use the browser's Install app option when offered, or the Install app button in the connected workbench. On iPhone or iPad, use Safari's Share menu and Add to Home Screen. On macOS Safari, use Add to Dock when available. Browser support and menu wording vary. Installing creates an app shortcut; it does not make workbook processing available offline.
Only these public help pages, app icons and the PWA's static files are cached. Uploaded workbooks, project edits, review pages, downloads, exports and authentication responses are excluded. The app stores no server workbook history. Keep your own downloaded files. Browser and device storage settings still apply to files you save yourself.
Updates wait while existing app tabs are open. Save your work, close all app tabs and reopen the app to use an update. To remove the shortcut, use your browser or device's app settings. To clear offline help, clear this site's browser data; this also resets the saved language and sessions. It does not delete files you downloaded separately.
Help follows the workbench language. Change it in the workbench's existing language control while connected.
