PT Charter Builder / strict workbenchProgreTech · Two-workbook profile v1

BUYER-OWNED PLANNING

Two workbooks.
One reviewable charter.

Select your roadmap and responsibility files, check the mapping, then review the draft. No model, external connector or automatic approval.

1. Select the two workbooks

Plain XLSX only, at most 2 MB each. Import replaces all mapped records. Save your JSON first; page edits disappear on reload.

2. Set the project boundaries

Workbook mapping and report configuration

Change exact sheet/header names to match your own templates. Blank optional header names omit that field; no fuzzy or hidden aliases are used. Roles are buyer-named. Configure milestone search terms, narrative, six phases and three architecture tiers here. Unmapped source columns remain in the JSON bundle; report previews show mapped fields.

3. Review the mapped source

0All roadmap records

0Selected for relevance

0Responsibility records

Counters use all roadmap records. Relevance means blank or starting with your configured prefix. Preview caps: 18 mapping, 12 responsibility, 10 dependency and first 10 score rows; complete normalized records and unmapped columns remain in saved JSON. Scores are textual guidance, not a computed rating.

4. Save or export

Save the versioned JSON to retain the complete normalized records, mapping and report configuration. Import a saved bundle to continue; this application stores no history. Edit individual records in your workbook and reimport, or edit the saved JSON before importing.
